Reservations
How do we make a reservation?
Contact us by email or via the reservation form and state the dates for which you wish to make the reservation. We will contact you for further details and send you details on how to pay the deposit.
When is my reservation guaranteed and confirmed?
All enquiries will be treated on a first come first served basis. Once we receive a reservation request, the apartment will be reserved for you, subject to availability and payment for the deposit.
How long do you take to respond to requests?
Usually the same day, but please allow up to 72 hours.
Is the availability calendar on this site up to date?
Yes. The availability calendar shows all current confirmed reservations.
Can I cancel my reservation?

Check In / Check Out
How will you know what time to meet us for check in?
You will be asked for you expected arrival time as part of the booking process. If you can call us when you arrive at in Bariloche at the bus terminal, airport etc. then we will be there waiting outside the front of the building when you arrive.
What happens when we arrive?
You will be met at the apartment where you will sign the contract, pay the outstanding balance & security deposit and receive the keys. You will also need to show your Passport or National Identity Document.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is between 2pm - 10pm. Check in before this time will be subject to prior arrangement & the previous clients having checked out and the apartment being cleaned. Check-in after 10pm by prior arrangement with the owner.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is between 7.00am – 11.00am. Check-out before this time is subject to arrangement with the owner. Late check-outs can be catered for subject to no subsequent reservations, again with prior arrangement with the owner.
Do you have luggage storage facilities ?
Yes. If you have checked out but don’t take a flight or bus until later in the day, we can arrange to store your luggage for you.
What happens if we are going to arrive later than expected?
When you make a reservation we will ask you to let us know how and what time you will be arriving. Just call us to let us know. If you don’t arrive at the expected time, we will check with the Airline/Bus company to see if there are any delays.
Payments
What is included in the published rate?
The published rates include all fees & bills.
What form of payment do you accept?
The deposit can be paid via: Credit or Debit Card or Bank Transfer to an Account in Argentina or the UK.
The balance and security deposit due at check in (u$s300) must be paid in cash (u$d or Argentine Pesos)
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit of u$s300 it taken to cover against damage to the Apartment during your stay. On check-out the security deposit will be returned to you subject to the apartment being returned in an undamaged state.
Are there any taxes added to the rental rates?
No. The price is final and includes all taxes and fees.
General
What is the minimum term of rental?
3 days. Shorter stays will be charged at the 3 day minimum.
What is the maximum term of rental?
6 months. For longer stays please contact us.
Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Yes. Towels are bed linen are provided and changed weekly.
Can we use the apartment phone?
The apartment is equipped with a phone for use with free unlimited local calls (will be available in 2010). For national or international calls you can purchase a phone card for use on the land line. You will also be able to receive calls.
What is the apartment security?
The main entrance gate is locked and has an intercom system for communication with the apartment. The main building entrance door is locked at all times.
Is the apartment easy to get to from the airport / bus station?
Yes. The Apartment is located in downtown Bariloche just 2 blocks from the Centro Civico (Central Plaza). It is approximately 25 minutes from the airport by taxi and 5 minutes from the bus terminal.
What is the Electricity Voltage?
220 volts.
Who should I contact if I have any queries while staying there?
You will be provided with a number to call should you need anything during your stay.
Pets
Sorry but pets are not allowed.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the Apartment.
Cleaning
Is cleaning included?
Weekly cleaning is included in the price of the rental. Daily cleaning may be available at an additional cost.
What does the maid service include?
Maid service includes weekly changing of linen and towels as well as cleaning of the Apartment.
How should I return the apartment when I leave?
It is expected that you take good care of the apartment during your stay. It should be left is a tidy state, but we don’t expect you to take the sheets off the bed etc.
