Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will also be included in the contract you sign at check in.
Reservations
Payment
A reservation deposit of 20% of the total amount payable is required at the time of reservation. This payment will be put towards the final total cost of the accommodation. Once the reservation deposit has been made, the reservation date cannot be changed.
On arrival at the apartment the balance is due 80%. This payment is non-refundable. If you shorten your length stay after arrival you will not receive any refund.
Security Deposit
A Security Deposit of u$s300 it taken to cover against damage to the Apartment during your stay. You are responsible for any damage during your stay. On check-out, the security deposit will be returned to you subject to the apartment being returned in the same condition as which it was received. You are liable to pay the difference if any damage exceeds the value of the security deposit. You must report any damage to us without delay.
Cancellations
Cancellations
made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will not receive any refunds.
Cancellations made after you have taken occupancy of the apartment will forfeit of all fees paid.
Payment
The balance and security deposit due at check in must be paid in cash (u$s or Argentine Pesos). We do not accept Travellers cheques or Credit Cards.
Arrival
On check-in you will sign the contract & inventory, pay the outstanding balance & security deposit (u$s or Argentine Pesos) and receive the keys. You will also need to show your Passport or National Identity Document. The keys will not be handed over until all outstanding balances have been paid.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time will be arranged prior to your arrival.
Check-out time will be arranged at check-in. (late check-out only by arrangement at time of reservation)
Check-in time: after 2pm. (early check-in subject to no previous guests leaving the apartment the same day)
Checkout time: before 11am. (late check-out subject to no new guests arriving the same day)
It is expected that the Apartment be left in a clean and tidy state on check-out
During your stay
Damage Liability
Guests are advised that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation.
Cleaning
A cleaning service is provided on all rentals over 7 days. It will include weekly changing of linen and towels and cleaning of the apartment.
Acceptable behaviour
The apartment is in a residential building. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a reasonable way. Any excess noise will not be tolerated out of respect to other residents in the building. If there are any complaints from the neighbours it may result in termination of the rental agreement.
Occupants
The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 2 people. If this number is exceeded it will be considered a breach of your contract and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeit of your security deposit.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the apartment. Any breach of this may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeit of your security deposit.
Smoking
Smoking is not accepted in the apartment. Any breach of this may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeit of your security deposit.
We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
